There is no download on iPad. Apple only allows an app from its own store, so QLP installs straight from this page instead — the same app, its own icon on the home screen, working offline.
You are not in Safari. Only Safari can add an app to the home screen — open www.quriou.com/Amaniapps in Safari and come back to this step.
Once it is on the home screen it opens full screen, with no browser bar, exactly like an app from the store.
QLP is made for a tablet, but it runs here too.
Open QLPChrome and Edge can install it as a real window of its own. In Safari on a Mac, use File → Add to Dock.
